We are pleased to welcome Detective Rich Wistocki (Ret.) for this critical discussion.
Detective Wistocki served for 30 years with the Naperville Police Department, including 22 years as an Internet Crimes Investigator. His experience includes work with:
- The High Technology Crimes Unit
- The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force
- The United States Secret Service Chicago Electronic Crimes Task Force
- He also authored Illinois laws related to sexting, cyber-bullying and swatting
